Personal Biography

Her name is Fabiola; her friends and family call her fab or faby. Her parents always tell her that she was a miracle baby, apparently she died for a few minutes after her birth. When she was around two/three years old, she got flushed away and nearly drowned in a river not far from her grandparents' house. At the age of six, she was hit so hard by a rock that her memory of this incident consists of her pretty little dress getting redder and redder as the blood oozing from her head soaked it; she passed out moments after. When she was eleven years old she was into a car accident that resulted in her spending more than a month in the hospital and having nine fingers instead of ten. The details are not very pretty so the readers will be spared.
Please do not be alarmed and/or pity her, this biography was started with these specific tragedies for a reason. Prior to her accident at age eleven, she had allowed herself to act like a child ought to act: innocent. However, afterward she begin looking at the world through a completely different perspective; paranoia is not the reason, although indeed she was enveloped for a good few years with nightmares and endless hallucinations. She eventually realized that she was not invincible, and that the world was fragile. Life became more meaningful, precious.

The person that she is today she doubts would exist if not for the past that she experienced. She don't judge or hold a grudge against anybody primarily because she believes that her time is precious and that every person in their lifetime will endure problems, hardships, failures, etc... and so every person is entitled (to some degree) to feel what they feel, act like they act, talk like they talk, etc... She does not judge anyone on the pretense that she is perfect. She understands that sometimes you just got to yell or scream, sometimes you just got to throw something at a wall (note: wall, not innocent people or animals) in order to break something, sometimes you just have to let it out; holding it in never solves much.
She is the girl who still smiles and laughs when life drops cannons on her head. She is the girl who keeps moving forward when the world tries and tries to push her back. She is the girl who wakes up tired and goes to sleep tired yet somehow manages to make the best of her day. At the same time she understands that her path is probably going to be rocky at times with hidden traps and ditches, sometimes she might even encounter walls as high as the sky and as long as the horizon; but no worries, she can be quite stubborn. She believes that where there's a will there's a way. Success for her is inevitable.
A few years from now, she will be a psychologist/writer. Through both she will help people come to terms with themselves, their environment, their culture, etc... Life is not about her or you, it's about us. If it weren't for us, the many advancement we take for granted today would not exist. She wants to bring smiles to people's faces, she wants to help, she wants to listen, she wants to be someone anyone could lean on. The world is in tears, people are suffering and she hears their cry, she is here to help... it's her purpose in life.
